Service Description

30-minute focused strength sessions | Saturdays only SMASH Powerlifting is a small-group strength class dedicated to getting brutally strong — efficiently and safely. Each 30-minute session focuses on one core powerlifting movement: • Squat • Bench Press • Deadlift You’ll work through targeted warm-ups, technique refinement, and heavy working sets designed to improve maximal strength, confidence under the bar, and lifting efficiency. With only 8 athletes per class, coaching is highly personalised, ensuring correct technique, smart loading, and steady progression week to week. Perfect for: • Lifters who want to build serious strength • CrossFitters wanting to improve their big lifts • Anyone who enjoys focused, no-nonsense training Class details: • ⏱ 30 minutes • 👥 Max 8 athletes • 🏋️ One lift per session • 📅 Saturdays only Come in, lift heavy, get stronger — no fluff, just power.
