30-minute focused strength sessions | Saturdays only SMASH Powerlifting is a small-group strength class dedicated to getting brutally strong — efficiently and safely. Each 30-minute session focuses on one core powerlifting movement: • Squat • Bench Press • Deadlift You’ll work through targeted warm-ups, technique refinement, and heavy working sets designed to improve maximal strength, confidence under the bar, and lifting efficiency. With only 8 athletes per class, coaching is highly personalised, ensuring correct technique, smart loading, and steady progression week to week.
