SMASH is your choice of either a SHRED class or a STRENGTH class, which run at the same time. SMASH SHRED is a high-intensity, full body workout designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Combining strength and cardio exercises, SMASH SHRED targets each and every muscle group to give you a comprehensive workout that will leave you feeling energized and motivated. This class focuses on functional movements to get your heart rate up and build strength and endurance, so you'll see results fast. SMASH STRENGTH is a muscle building class that focuses on working out individual muscle groups. Each session features a range of different movements that target the specific muscle groups, helping you to build strength and tone your body. With SMASH STRENGTH, you can be sure that you are working out efficiently and effectively, get the most out of your time at the gym.
