Service Description
Our Mums & Bubs class is a safe, supportive way for new mums to ease back into training, rebuild strength and confidence, and connect with other mums in the same position as you, all while starting slow with your baby by your side.

Mums & Bubs Class Disclaimer This class is designed for mums who are 6+ weeks postpartum (natural birth) or 8+ weeks postpartum (C-section) and have received medical clearance to return to exercise. All participants must listen to their bodies and work within their individual limits. Smash Fitness & Recovery coaches are not medical practitioners. If you experience pain, pelvic discomfort, dizziness, bleeding, or unusual symptoms, please stop immediately and consult a qualified health professional. Postnatal Training Acknowledgement. By booking this class I confirm that I am at least 6 weeks postpartum (or 8+ weeks post C-section) and have received clearance from my healthcare provider to participate in physical exercise. I understand that postnatal exercise carries inherent risks and I accept full responsibility for my participation. I acknowledge that Smash Fitness & Recovery coaches are not medical professionals and that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition during sessions. I agree to immediately inform the coach of any pain, discomfort, dizziness, pelvic floor symptoms, or concerns during training.
