About the event
The Smash Competition day is an event being held at the gym for all members.
It will be a performance based event that runs over 4 different workouts throughout the day.
Starting from 8am, participant will be placed into heats and be running simultaneously as another member competes.
We can scale movements at a cost to your overall score.
This is an even based and raced only against yourself! The only winner will be you and your time that you get.
