About the event
The Smash Competition day is an event being held at the gym for all members.
It will be a performance based event that runs over 4 different workouts throughout the day.
Starting from 9am, participant will be placed into heats and be running simultaneously as another member competes.
We can scale movements at a cost to your overall score.
This is an even based and raced only against yourself! The only winner will be you and your time that you get.
If you wish to come and not participate, that is fine too!
